Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 20 June 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on 12 July 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, directors and their immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

Eligible purchases made through the Australian Made Clothes website during the Promotion Period will automatically receive entries into the draw.

Entrants will receive: One (1) entry for every $5.00 AUD spent.

Entries are calculated on the final purchase value after discounts and exclude cancelled, refunded, reversed or fraudulent transactions.

There is no limit to the number of entries that may be received through eligible purchases.

Prize Details

The prizes are those advertised on the Australian Made Clothes website and associated promotional material.

The total prize pool is valued at less than $3,000 AUD.

Should any advertised prize become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Draw

The draw will take place shortly after the promotion closes on 12 July 2026 using a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The Promoter's decision is final.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the email address or telephone number supplied at the time of entry.

Winners may also be published on the Australian Made Clothes website and/or social media using their first name, suburb and State.

Unclaimed Prizes

Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification.

If a prize remains unclaimed after this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.

Voucher prizes remain subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing supplier.

Any taxation liability arising from accepting a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Any order that is refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged back or determined by the Promoter to be fraudulent will have all associated entries cancelled.

Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, residency and purchase.

Any entrant providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may be disqualified.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion, verifying entries, contacting winners and otherwise in accordance with the Australian Made Clothes Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering this promotion or accepting a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or delayed entries, technical failures, website interruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or engages in unlawful or improper conduct.

Where circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.

An eligible entrant may alternatively submit one (1) entry during the Promotion Period by emailing admin@australianmadeclothes.com.au before 4:00pm AEST on 12 July 2026. The email must include the entrant's full name, residential address, suburb, state, postcode, mobile number and email address. Incomplete, duplicate, illegible or late entries may be declared invalid.
