The promoter is Australian Made Clothes (ABN 52 618 258 441) ("Promoter").

Promotion Name

Australian Made Clothes Member Rewards Giveaway.

Promotion Period

The promotion opens on the date advertised by the Promoter and closes at 7:00pm AEST on Friday 19 June 2025, or earlier if sold out before that date.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by purchasing a Member Rewards Membership during the promotion period.

Membership options and chances allocated are:

$2 Membership = 1 Chance

$10 Membership = 5 Chances

$20 Membership = 12 Chances

$50 Membership = 30 Chances

Chances are automatically allocated after successful purchase.

Prizes

There will be 14 winners in total.

The prize pool consists of:

1 x $500 Farmer to Fridge Voucher

1 x $500 Bunnings Voucher

1 x $500 Fuel Voucher

1 x $500 Australian Made Clothes Voucher

10 x $100 Cash Prizes

Total Prize Pool Value: $3,000 AUD

Draw

The draw will be conducted at random from all eligible chances received during the promotion period.

The draw will take place on Friday 19 June 2025 at 7:00pm AEST, or earlier if sold out, and may be conducted live on the Promoter's social media pages.

The Promoter's decision is final.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the contact details supplied at entry.

Winners may be announced on the Promoter's website, social media pages, email list and other promotional material.

Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.

If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are not transferable.

Voucher prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant voucher provider.

Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer or another method agreed by the Promoter.

The Promoter may substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if required.

Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, age, location and eligibility of any entrant or winner.

Invalid, incomplete, fraudulent or non-compliant entries may be removed from the draw.

No Scam Payments

The Promoter will never ask winners to pay money to receive a prize.

Participants should ignore and report any fake accounts claiming payment is required to release a prize.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, contact winners and communicate with entrants in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or delay connected with the giveaway or any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to the Promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or delay the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the proper running of the giveaway.
