The promotion may close earlier if the advertised allocation of
available entries is exhausted before the scheduled closing time.
If the promotion closes early, notice of the revised closing and
draw time will be published on the Australian Made Clothes website
and/or associated social-media pages as soon as reasonably practicable.
Entries received after the promotion has closed will not be included
in the draw.
3. Eligibility

expressly stated on the relevant membership or supporter-pack offer.
Where a membership or supporter pack advertises a set number of

for that particular pack at the time of purchase.
Entries are calculated using the final amount paid after discounts
and exclude delivery charges, gift-card purchases, refunded amounts,
cancelled orders, reversed payments, chargebacks and fraudulent
transactions.
There is no limit on the number of valid entries an eligible person
may receive, subject to the available entry allocation and these
Terms and Conditions.

7. Draw
The draw is scheduled to take place at approximately
4:00pm AEST on Thursday 30 July 2026.
If the available entry allocation is exhausted before the scheduled
closing date, the Promoter may close the promotion and conduct the

If an earlier draw is to occur, the revised draw time will be
announced on the Australian Made Clothes website and/or associated
social-media pages before the draw is conducted.
The draw will be conducted electronically and at random from all
valid entries received before the applicable closing time.
A separate winning entry will be drawn for each of the 21 prizes.
Unless otherwise announced, one entrant may win more than one prize
if they hold more than one valid entry and are selected more than once.
The draw may be broadcast or recorded through the Promoter’s
social-media pages.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the conduct of the draw and
validation of entries is final, subject to applicable law.
8. Winner Notification and Publication
Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone
number supplied with their entry.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner.
Winners may be announced on the Australian Made Clothes website,
by email and/or through associated social-media pages.
A winner’s first name, surname initial, suburb and state may be
published for the purpose of announcing and verifying the results.
Before receiving a prize, a winner may be required to provide
reasonable proof of identity, age, Australian residency and
eligibility.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
Winners must claim their prize within
14 days of first being notified,
unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the claim
period, is found to be ineligible or fails to provide the requested
verification, their prize may be declared unclaimed.
Where permitted by law, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed-prize
redraw from the remaining valid entries.
Any redraw will be conducted electronically and at random. A redraw
winner will be contacted using the details supplied with their entry.
10. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed
in writing by the Promoter and the relevant prize supplier.
Voucher prizes cannot be redeemed for cash unless the issuing supplier
expressly permits cash redemption.
Cash prizes will be paid by electronic bank transfer or another
reasonable method selected by the Promoter.
A cash-prize winner must provide accurate Australian bank-account or
payment details. The Promoter is not responsible for a payment sent
to incorrect details supplied by a winner.
Voucher prizes remain subject to the issuing supplier’s terms and
conditions, including any expiry date, exclusions, delivery charges
or redemption restrictions.
Any ancillary costs associated with accepting or using a prize,
including travel, delivery or additional purchases, are the winner’s
responsibility unless expressly included in the advertised prize.
Any taxation liability arising from accepting a prize is the sole
responsibility of the winner. Winners should obtain independent
taxation advice where appropriate.
11. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
Any order that is refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged back,
dishonoured or determined to be fraudulent will have all associated
entries cancelled.
If only part of an order is refunded, the Promoter may recalculate
the number of entries using the final retained purchase value.
If an associated entry has already won a prize before the transaction
is refunded or reversed, the Promoter may declare the entry invalid
and conduct a redraw where permitted by law.
12. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and
entrants, including requesting proof of identity, age, residential
address, Australian residency, purchase and payment.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who:
Provides false, incomplete or misleading information
Uses another person’s identity without permission
Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process
Uses automated entry methods
Engages in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or improper conduct
Otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will
be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners,
deliver prizes and publish winner information as described in these
Terms and Conditions.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with
the Australian Made Clothes Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
Entrants may contact the Promoter using the email address above to
request access to or correction of their personal information.
14. Technical Problems and Circumstances Beyond Control
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late,
incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or delayed because of technical
problems or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
This includes website interruptions, communication failures, payment
processing errors, internet outages, device failures or incorrect
contact details supplied by an entrant.
If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent
the promotion from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may modify,
suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
Any material change will be communicated through the Australian Made
Clothes website and/or associated social-media pages.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable
for loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the
promotion, accepting a prize or using a prize, except where liability
cannot legally be excluded.
The Promoter does not manufacture or supply prizes provided by
third-party sponsors and is not responsible for the acts, omissions,
availability or separate terms of those suppliers.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies
any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Sponsor Responsibility
Adina Watches, Mongrel Boots, Mortels, Soxy Beast, Oz Kleen and
Kooka’s Country Cookies are prize suppliers or promotional supporters.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotion is administered by
Australian Made Clothes and not by the individual prize suppliers.
Questions concerning entry, winner selection or the conduct of the
promotion should be directed to the Promoter rather than the prize
suppliers.
17. Facebook, Instagram and Meta
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or
associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any
liability arising in connection with this promotion to the extent
permitted by law.
Information supplied by entrants is supplied to the Promoter and not
to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
18. General
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid
or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure by the Promoter to enforce any provision does not constitute
a waiver of that provision.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in
Tasmania, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws applying in an
entrant’s state or territory of residence.
For years our community has stood beside Australians during some of their toughest times.
What began as a simple Facebook page grew into one of Australia's largest online communities,
reaching millions of people and helping families, charities, veterans, small businesses and
community organisations across the country.
Whether it has been fundraising, promoting Australian-made products, supporting local
businesses or simply giving struggling Australians a voice, our mission has always remained
the same — Australians helping Australians.
Community Support
Our followers have helped raise funds for families facing hardship, children requiring medical
support, veterans, emergency appeals and many Australians experiencing difficult times.
Every campaign has been made possible because ordinary Australians chose to support one
another.
Backing Australian Businesses
We believe Australia's future depends on supporting Australian-owned businesses and
manufacturing. Through our pages we've introduced thousands of businesses to new
customers, promoted Australian-made products and encouraged people to shop locally
whenever possible.
Rewarding Our Community
Our giveaways have returned thousands of dollars back to our supporters through cash,
fuel vouchers, groceries, Australian-made products and prizes donated by Australian
businesses. Every giveaway is another opportunity to give something back to the people who
continue supporting what we do.
