We’ve noted your feedback about the sizing, especially the difference between the normal fit and the slim fit shirts. The slim fit is designed with a closer cut, but we understand it can feel much smaller compared to the normal fit, and that’s something we’re working on making clearer in our sizing guides.
Normally, a size 16 or 18 should be more generous, so we can see why this was frustrating. We’ll pass your experience on to our production team to review and improve consistency across our range.
If you’d like, we’d be happy to help you exchange the slim fit for another normal fit or a size that works better — and of course we’ll cover the return postage.
